Our story
100 years of history
The origins of Arack Mabrouka lead us back to the ancient mystical town of Essaouira in Morocco. After half a century of celebrations in the Moroccan kingdom, Arack Mabrouka settled in Israel, bringing with it decades of tradition, exotic influences and unusual experiences to the land of milk and honey. Arack Mabrouka is a unique product embodying ancient knowledge gained during the experience of four generations. This is a delicious temple that can be enjoyed anytime; A combination of Mediterranean influences born in 1925 and crafted with the same passion and innovative spirit over the years.
