Flavored and classic arak, triple distilled with three kinds of anise. Fig arak, date arak and anise liqueur (30%) are served neat after the meal. Classic arak and licorice arak (40%) and shiba arak (45%) are served with cold water, then ice. 700 ml bottles, kosher Badatz Beit Yosef. The family has been distilling since 1925.
