    The crown jewel of the distillery. A blend of sweet licorice sticks, star anise, anise seeds, fennel and natural spices, slowly triple distilled in a traditional copper still. Deep and full-bodied, with a long anise finish.

    1. Pour a measure of arak into a small, clean glass.
    2. Add twice as much cold water and watch it turn cloudy white.
